Standard Driving Training

In order to start your driving lessons you must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence.

You can book your lessons from a minimum of 1 or 2 hours per week, depending on your requirements, but it is up to you how many lessons you wish to take each week.

My Standard Driver Training covers the practical and theoretical skills required for any new driver to take onto the road with confidence.  I’ll prepare you for your theory test, the hazard perception test and the practical driving test.

As with any course or lessons with me, each will be tailored to meet your individual needs.  So whether you’ve had some experience driving a car, or none, I’ll ensure your lesson is conducted at a comfortable pace that is tailored to your requirements, whilst providing the best quality training at the highest standards.

Pass Plus

Pass Plus is a practical advanced training course that is taken in 6 different syllabus.  You may take this course in one full day (6 hours) or in little gaps. The advantage of taking part in the Pass Plus course is to provide new drivers more experience, as to improve their skills and acquire extra competence, promoting and encouraging safer driving.  Taking a Pass Plus course will benefit the new driver as most insurance companies offer discounts for Pass Plus registered drivers.

Once you’ve passed your practical driving test, I will be able to provide new drivers a Pass Plus course so that the new driver can attain more experience, driving on motorways, dual-carriageways, night driving, building more confidence and valuable experience safely.

And the reason for this?  Statistics show that new drivers are more likely to have an accident within the first two years of passing their test than at any other time in their driving career.

Age doesn’t matter – it’s basically down to a lack of driving experience.

That’s where Pass Plus comes in!

Intensive Driving Training

For those of you in a bit of a hurry to pass your driving test, and to get on the road, I can offer you intensive driving courses.  This can be a great way of learning if you’re starting from scratch or if you just want to brush up on your driving skills before sitting a test.

Following a driving assessment, to see where you’re at in abilities to drive a car, I will book your driving test on your behalf and then start the intensive driving training course a week, or depending on the amount of hours you are advised to take to pass your practical driving test, before your driving test.

This course is suited to someone who has a high level of concentration, as you will be given a lot of information over a short period of time.  You will be driving for up to six hours per day, everyday for a short period of time.

Refresher Courses

Has it been a while since you’ve passed your driving test or maybe it’s been a while since you last drove a car?  Are you still unsure about certain aspects of driving? Perhaps it’s driving on the motorway or at night? A refreshers course will help you become a better, safer and more confident driver.

Re-learning the principles of safe driving reduces the risk to yourself and your passengers and automatically other road users.  A refresher course is a quick, easy and useful way to update your driving skills and get impartial advice.

Through individually tailored sessions you’ll learn to read the road, act calmly and decisively, think ahead, and stay out of trouble.  You’ll become a much more self-assured driver, a driver who loves the journey as much as the destination.
